An intimate dining experience for two people at our private Sommelier’s counter. Our Michelin Green Star awarded tasting menu will be presented to you personally by our chef team, adding the finishing touches to each dish whilst explaining the journey from field to table. To accompany our growers & foragers finest ingredients, our Sommelier & fermentation team will guide you through a variety of wines & mixed drinks to accompany each course of our Season’s Story. This highly exclusive experience is only offered to four guests per week so booking in advanced is highly recommended.

Our first New Year’s Eve spectacular will see h y p h a & n a t i v e join forces to celebrate the coming of the new year. Join us to chase midnight around the globe with a one-off tasting menu and drinks flight of sustainable and local produce from our growers and foragers with a fusion of global cuisine. A night of gastronomy, pop quizzes and a shed load of fun will truly make this a night to remember.
